  1. Swipe down to open Settings on your Samsung Galaxy Watch.
  2. Tap Health.
  3. Switch off the toggle under Inactive time next to the time field.
  4. This will turn off inactive alerts on your smartwatch.

How to customize inactive alerts on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6

You can choose when and on what days of the week you want to receive inactive alerts.

  1. Swipe down to open Settings on your Galaxy Watch.
  2. Select Samsung Health.
  3. Turn on the toggle under Inactive time.
  4. To customize the alerts, tap the time on the left-hand side of the toggle.
  5. Set the Start time and tap Next.
  6. Set the End time and tap Next.
  7. Select the days you don’t want to receive alerts. The watch will send you alerts only on the days highlighted in white.
  8. Tap Done.
