Still, if the leaked price is accurate, the smart ring would cost almost as much as the Galaxy Watch and other best Android smartwatches, which could deter many potential customers.
The Galaxy Ring’s closest competitor, the Oura Ring 3, also costs $300. And that does not include the additional $6 monthly subscription required to access the full set of tracked health metrics. Samsung is unlikely to paywall Galaxy Ring’s advanced health tracking features behind a subscription.
